Adding a New Social Network Account: Click the 'Add' button in the Manage column for the desired social network. Follow the specific Account Authorization steps for the social network account you wish to add. Note that only one account can be added per social network for each campaign.

Removing a Social Network Account: While this feature is rarely necessary, to remove an account, hover over the row of the account you wish to remove. Click the ellipses that appear to the right of the Pause/Unpause button, select 'Remove,' and confirm your choice.

Stay Alert for Reauthorization: Certain social networks, such as LinkedIn and Pinterest, require annual reauthorization. True Anthem simplifies this process by sending automated email reminders 5 days before your authorization token expires, followed by daily emails until renewal. Ensuring your accounts remain authorized avoids any disruption in content distribution and insights gathering.

Handling Authorization Loss: At times, True Anthem may lose access to a previously authorized account. Should this occur, an email will be sent to your campaigns’ designated Primary Contacts and a notification will appear in the campaign's queue, prompting you to reauthorize the account through a direct link to the Social Network Settings page.
