Mastering Manual Scheduling
True Anthem's Dashboard is designed to be intuitive, offering a variety of ways to manually schedule your content across different social media platforms. Here's how to create different types of manual posts:
User Scheduled Link Posts
- In the Post Editor, select the Link tab.
- Paste a webpage URL into the “Post URL” field or use the Content Discovery panel to select a link.
- Customize the text and image assets, and select a custom tracking parameter template (or use your campaign’s default manual post tracking parameters).
- Then schedule your post for the desired time.
User Scheduled Photo Posts
- Click the Photo tab in the Post Editor.
- Upload a photo, link to an image URL, or choose from the Content Discovery panel.
- Adjust the photo format, post message text, and link back to your site (where you can also add custom tracking parameters).
- Then set your scheduling preferences.
User Scheduled Video Posts & Reels
- Navigate to the Video tab in the Post Editor.
- Depending on the social network, add text and upload or choose a cover image for your video.
- Optional: Enable the “Post as Reel” option for distributing your video post as a Reel on Facebook and Instagram (and note that custom cover images are not available for Reels via Meta’s Graph API at this time)
- Add a post message and link with the tracking parameters of your choosing, and then schedule your video post or Reel for the perfect moment.
Adding a First Comment
For platforms like Facebook and Instagram, you can add a first comment to your posts to provide additional context or link back to your website—a strategy often used by True Anthem users to enhance engagement. We can even automate populating your first comment with preset text and a shortened link back to your site.
Immediate Posting with 'Post Now'
Need to get your content out immediately? True Anthem supports instant posting with the “Post Now” feature. Simply prepare your post in the Post Editor and select “Post Now” to share your content with your audience without delay.
