Enabling, Editing, and Sharing Notes in True Anthem Reporting

With our Reporting Annotations feature, you can add notes directly within the True Anthem Dashboard, eliminating unnecessary emails and Slack messages. Use this feature to communicate effectively with your team and keep discussions within the context of your reports.

Note: Annotations are exclusive to the True Anthem Dashboard and do not appear in exported PDF or CSV reports.

Enabling & Disabling Annotations

To enable or disable annotations:

  1. Click on the ellipsis menu at the top of any report.
  2. Toggle the Reporting Annotations feature on or off.
  3. Choose to view notes from your team, True Anthem employees, or both.

When disabled, all annotations will be hidden from view.

Adding Notes

  1. Hover over a data point in a graph.
  2. Click the round green button with a white plus sign to add a new note.
  3. To add another note to the same data point, click on the icon on the x-axis, which opens the Notes pop-up.
  4. Review existing notes and click the green/white + button to add more.
  5. Hovering over a data point will display the total number of attached notes.
  6. Clicking a data point will open all attached notes for review.

Editing or Deleting Notes

  1. Locate the note you want to modify.
  2. Click the ellipsis menu on the right side of the note.
  3. Select Edit to update or Delete to remove it.

Sharing Options

  1. Display On: Choose to display a note on a specific social network or across all networks within a report.
  2. Visibility: Keep a note private or share it with all users who have access to the campaign.

Display Considerations

  • Notes added to a Rolling Comparison Report (RCR) (e.g., Facebook Rolling Comparison (FRC), Twitter Rolling Comparison (TRC)) will show across all network graphs within the report but not in the Targeted Timeframe Report (TTR).
  • Notes added to a TTR report will appear across all network tabs within the TTR but not in any RCR reports.
  • Within the TTR report, weekly notes remain separate from monthly notes and vice versa.
