True Anthem's Reporting section provides in-depth insights into your content’s performance across various social networks. This guide will help you navigate the Reporting section, understand key features, and leverage data to optimize your social media strategy.

Overview of the Reporting Section

The Reporting section in your True Anthem dashboard includes two primary report types:

• Targeted Timeframe Report (TTR): Analyzes social media performance over time, segmented by months or weeks.
• Rolling Comparison Report (RCR): Compares social media performance against a previous period for a specific platform.

Understanding the Targeted Timeframe Report (TTR)

The TTR provides a deep dive into the performance of all connected social accounts. Key features include:

Selecting Networks and Date Ranges

• Choose social networks to analyze using the icons at the top.
• Select a timeframe breakdown (monthly or weekly) and a custom date range (up to 26 months).

Filtering and Metrics Breakdown

• Apply filters by weekdays/weekends, post types (links, videos, etc.), and post sources (native, user-scheduled, True Anthem AI).
• View a performance summary for the last 12 months (monthly) or 52 weeks (weekly).

Report Breakdown

• Summary Tab: Aggregated data for all networks, including total posts, daily averages, and total link clicks. Breakdown by post media type is available.
• Individual Social Network Tabs: Detailed performance metrics per network, such as impressions, reach, engagements, click-through rate, and follower growth.

Annotations and Exporting

• Annotations: Add notes directly to reports, collaborate with teammates, and control visibility.
• Export Reports: Download data in PDF or CSV format for further analysis.

Navigating the Rolling Comparison Report (RCR)

The RCR allows you to compare social media performance against a previous period. Here’s how to use it effectively:

Selecting Social Pages and Date Ranges

• Choose a social network and page to analyze.
• Set a date range and a comparison period (e.g., previous 7 days, month-over-month, year-over-year).

Filters and Display Options

• Apply filters similar to the TTR, refining results by post types and sources.
• Customize displayed metrics such as impressions, link clicks, and engagements.

Data Visualization and Performance Analysis

• Charts & Graphs: Visualize trends over time with line graphs comparing past performance.
• Top Performing Posts: Review the “Top 5 Posts” based on key engagement metrics.
• Content Type Performance Tab: Analyze the effectiveness of different content types (evergreen, news, etc.).
• Post Performance Tab: Search and sort individual post data using various metrics.

Advanced Features

• Keyword Search: Filter posts by URL, headline, or website segment.
• Sorting Options: Customize displayed data based on preferred performance metrics.

Automating Post Performance Reporting

Save time with True Anthem’s automated reporting feature by getting a spreadsheet of your posts send directly to an email address. 

Follow these steps to set up scheduled reports:

1. Navigate to your Post Performance report.
2. Click the ellipsis (...) in the second row next to the "Display" dropdown menu.
3. Enter email addresses to create a distribution list.
4. Select a delivery frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly).
5. Choose a data window (past day, week, month, or year).
6. Decide whether to include/exclude failed posts.
7. Click Save, and your reports will be automatically emailed!
