Streamline Social Media Management and Reporting with Campaign Groups

Do you manage multiple Campaigns for your organization’s brands or markets in True Anthem? If so, Campaign Groups are an essential feature you should be leveraging to save time and gain deeper insights into your social media performance.

This article will guide you through everything you need to know about Campaign Groups in True Anthem, from creating and managing groups to utilizing them for efficient cross-posting and insightful reporting.

What are Campaign Groups?

Campaign Groups are a powerful organizational tool within the True Anthem Dashboard. They allow you to group related campaigns together, making it easier to:

  • Simplify cross-posting: Schedule and publish content to all social media accounts associated with multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Enhance reporting: Gain a holistic view of performance metrics across your grouped campaigns, uncovering trends and optimizing content strategies for each brand or social media platform.

Who Can Create Campaign Groups?

Only users with an Administrator role within your True Anthem account can create and manage Campaign Groups.

How to Create a New Campaign Group

  1. Navigate to the Settings section using the icon in the left navigation bar.
  2. Click the Campaign Groups option within the top menu.
  3. Click the Add New Campaign Group button in the top right corner.
  4. Assign a clear and descriptive name to your new group (e.g., "Sports Brands" or "Seasonal Promotions").
  5. Click the Assign Campaigns button for your newly created group.
  6. Use the Search bar to find specific campaigns or browse the list to locate the desired campaigns you want to added to the group.
  7. Select the checkbox next to each campaign you want to include.
  8. Click the green Save button to finalize your Campaign Group creation.

Cross-Posting to Campaigns Within a Group

  1. Utilize the Content Discovery feature, paste a URL, or upload your desired content (image or video) within the Post Editor.
  2. Hover over the Select Networks dropdown menu at the top of the editor.
  3. Choose Campaigns by Group (A to Z) from the sorting options.
  4. To select all social media accounts for a specific platform within the group, simply click the social network logo displayed at the top row of the group containing your Campaign Group name.
  • Alternatively, you can choose the specific social media accounts for each individual campaign within the group you want the post distributed to.

Unveiling Performance Insights with Campaign Groups

True Anthem empowers you to analyze performance metrics across your grouped campaigns within both the Targeted Timeframe Report (TTR) and Rolling Comparison Reports (RCR).

Accessing Reports by Campaign Group:

  1. Click the Reporting icon in the left navigation bar.
  2. Select the Targeted Timeframe Report or any of the Rolling Comparison Report modules.
  3. Targeted Timeframe Report:
    • Click the down arrow next to all social network icons in the top row labeled Social Network.
    • Hover over Sort options and select Social Pages by Campaign Group (A to Z).
  4. Rolling Comparison Reports:
    • Click the down arrow next to all social network icons in the top row labeled Social Page Name.
    • Hover over Sort options and select Social Pages by Campaign Group (A to Z).
  5. Choose all campaigns by selecting the radio button in the corresponding row of the social network (in TTR) or Campaign Group (in RCR).
    • Alternatively, you can select individual campaign social network accounts or pages you'd like included in the report data.
  6. Click the green Apply button to generate your report.

By leveraging Campaign Groups, you can streamline your social media management workflow, optimize content distribution, and gain invaluable insights to make data-driven decisions for your brands' social media success.
