How to Manage and Edit Your Posting Schedule in True Anthem

We’re excited to introduce the Self Service features—allowing you to create, edit, and delete time slots directly within your schedule.

This guide will walk you through everything you need to know about managing your True Anthem posting schedule, including:

Note: Only Self-Service users can edit these features.

Adding a New Post Series

Follow these steps to introduce new recurring content to your schedule:

  1. Click the Schedule section in the True Anthem Dashboard.
  2. Find Your Spot: Hover over an empty space in your schedule or the bottom of an existing time slot. A green “+” symbol will appear—click it!
  3. Choose Your Path:
    • Select “Schedule Post” for a one-time post.
    • Choose “Add New Post Series” to configure a recurring post series.
  4. Configure Your New Post Series:
    • Pick Your Post Job: Select the content pool from which posts will be drawn.
    • Set Your Start Date: Choose when the series should begin.
    • Plan Your End (Optional): Set an end date if needed, or leave it blank for ongoing posts.
    • Schedule Your Posts: Select the days and times your posts will be published.
  5. Finalize Your Series: Click the green “Apply” button to save your new post series.

 


Editing Existing Post Series

Need to update a scheduled post series? Here’s how:

  1. Click to Edit: Click on an existing time slot to open the Edit Slot Series window.
  2. Make Your Changes:
    • Swap Post Jobs
    • Modify the start/end dates
    • Adjust the days and times
  3. Save Your Changes: Click “Apply” to confirm your updates.

Effortless Time Slot Adjustments (Drag & Drop!)

For quick edits, use our drag-and-drop feature:

  1. Grab a Slot: Hover over a time slot and click to select it.
  2. Drag to Your Preferred Time: Move it to your desired slot.
  3. Confirm & Apply: Release the slot and adjust the time using the picker if needed. Click “Apply” to save.

 


Deleting Post Series

To permanently remove a post series:

  1. Open the Editor: Click on a time slot in the series you want to delete.
  2. Click Delete: Find the “Delete” option in the lower-left corner and click it.
  3. Confirm: A pop-up will appear—click the red “Yes” button to finalize the deletion.

Strategic Scheduling Tips

  • Use Start & End Dates: When transitioning between post series, set end dates for old ones and start dates for new ones to ensure a seamless content flow.
  • Leverage Version History: If you make a mistake, you can restore a previous schedule using our Version History tool.

 


Restoring Previous Schedule Configurations

If you ever need to revert to an older version of your schedule:

  1. Access Version History: Click the “Version History” drop-down in the top-right corner of your schedule page.
  2. Find Your Ideal Version: Hover over the date and time of the desired schedule version.
  3. Restore & Save: Select “Restore this version”, review the revisions, and click “Save” to apply.
