How to Whitelist Emails from True Anthem (trueanthem.com)

At True Anthem, we want you to be informed about the latest product updates, new features, maintenance schedules, and any potential outages.

To ensure you never miss an important email from us, we recommend whitelisting our domain (trueanthem.com) in your email inbox. This simple process will prevent our messages from being incorrectly marked as spam and ensure they land directly in your inbox.

Below, we've provided step-by-step instructions on how to whitelist our domain across all major email providers:

 

Gmail

  1. Open Gmail and log into your account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select See all settings.
  3. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
  4. Click Create a new filter.
  5. In the From field, enter @trueanthem.com.
  6. Click Create filter.
  7. Check the box that says Never send it to Spam.
  8. Optionally, check the box to apply this filter to any matching conversations in your inbox.

  1. In the Home tab, switch Ribbon to show more options and click on the Junk
  2. Select Junk E-mail Options
  3. Navigate to the Safe-senders tab
  4. Click the Add button

  1. Click the settings (cog) icon in the top-right corner
  2. Scroll down and click the View All Outlook Settings
  3. In the Mail tab, navigate to the Junk Email section
  4. Click Add in the Safe senders and domains category
  5. Enter the @trueanthem.com into the input field and hit Enter

 

 

 

Yahoo Mail

  1. Log into your Yahoo Mail account.
  2. Click on the Settings icon and select More Settings.
  3. Go to the Filters tab and click Add new filters.
  4. Name your filter, and in the From field, enter @trueanthem.com.
  5. Choose Inbox as the folder where the emails should be delivered.

Apple Mail (iOS)

  1. Open the email from True Anthem in your Mail app.
  2. Tap on the sender's email address at the top of the email.
