Managing AI-powered social content recommendations has never been easier. Within the True Anthem Dashboard, Campaign Administrators can take full control of their content strategy through powerful self-service tools. Whether you’re setting up AI-driven automation or fine-tuning RSS-based workflows, this guide walks you through everything you need to create, manage, and optimize your Post Jobs for success.
Note: Only Self-Service users can edit these features.

🚀 Creating, Editing, Archiving, and Deleting Post Jobs
Post Jobs are the foundation of your content distribution strategy. You can create both AI-Driven and RSS-Driven Post Jobs directly within the Content Rules tab within the Schedule section of the Dashboard. Just click the Add New Post Job button in the left rail.
Once created, you can:
• Edit Post Job Settings and Content Types any time.
• Archive Post Jobs to temporarily disable them (Archived Post Jobs are available for up to one year).
• Delete Post Jobs permanently if no longer needed.
⚙️ Post Job Settings Management
Access your Post Job Settings via the Settings drop-down in the top right corner of a Post Job. Here’s what you can configure:
• Delay Minutes: Control the spacing between the distribution of automated and scheduled post slots.
• Sites: Preview which host site(s) from which the Post Job will source content recommendations.
• RSS Feed URL: For RSS Post Jobs only, view and test the connected RSS Feed URL.
These settings ensure your Post Jobs align perfectly with your timing and source content preferences.
📋 Content Type Selection & Management
Tailor your content distribution by selecting and managing Content Types:
• Click Manage Content Types or Add New Content Type at the bottom of the Post Job.
• Add existing Content Types within the Manage Content Types pop-up.
• Delete unneeded types to keep things tidy and focused. Simply hover over the ellipses in far right margin of the Content Type and select Delete Content Type.
This helps you fine-tune the kinds of stories that enter your automated workflows.
👀 Preview Eligible Content Recommendations
Want to see what your Post Job is set to distribute? Click the Preview Content button in the upper-right corner of a AI-Driven Post Jobs to generate a real-time display of eligible posts.
You’ll see:
• A list of content matched to your current rules and selections.
• Previews ranked by your Content Mix Preference and Predictive Algorithmic Ranking.
Perfect for spot-checking and confidence before your content goes live.
🕘 Version History: Your Safety Net
Mistakes happen. That’s why we track Version History for every change you make.
• Access the Version History log in the top right corner of the screen.
• Review timestamps of saved changes to Post Jobs, Content Types, and Rules.
• Restore any version to roll back your configuration with just a few clicks. Simply Hover over the ellipses and confirm that you want to "Restore this version," review the changes, and save.
No more worrying about lost configurations or unintentional edits!
With the ability to create, customize, preview, delete, archive and restore Post Jobs, you have full control over how your content gets distributed across your social channels.
