AI Social Copy Assistant: Private Beta Overview

The AI Social Copy Assistant is a powerful, opt-in feature in True Anthem that acts as your creative partner. It is designed to help you quickly generate effective, brand-aligned social post copy. It streamlines your workflow to provide ready-to-use social media copy by analyzing multiple factors.

📝 How to Use the AI Social Copy Assistant

Using the assistant is fast and simple:

1. Access the Post Editor: Select the article in the times slot you want to edit in order to load it into the Post Editor

2. Click the Assistant Button: Locate and click the new “AI Social Copy Assistant” button (to the right of the caption field).

3. Review Suggestions: The assistant will instantly present three AI-generated post copy options. These suggestions are based on your Editorial Profile (your brand's editorial voice and best practices)

4. Select or Regenerate:

   • Click on the option you like to Apply it to the Post Editor field where you can then make any final edits.

   • If you don't find a suitable option, click the Regenerate button to get three new suggestions.

1. Content Context: The core message and details (headline, description, and metadata) from your article, photo, or video.
2. Platform Nuances: Copy optimized for a specific social network (e.g., Facebook, X).
3. Your Brand Voice: The unique editorial tone, style, and copy length.
4. Performance Data: Insights from your past Top 20 posts and True Anthem's best practices.

✅ What Social Networks Are Supported?

The AI Social Copy Assistant currently supports Facebook, X (formerly Twitter, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, LinkedIn and Nextdoor). 

🔐 How Is the Data Used and Handled?

Rest assured your data is safe, and is not being used to train a model. The feature is grounded, and builds an editorial profile using your recent posts. 

• Data Privacy Guaranteed: The feature uses a paid API agreement with Google Gemini, ensuring a high standard of data privacy.

• No Model Training: Your prompts and content are NOT used by Google to train the underlying Large Language Model (LLM).

• Secure Architecture: The system prohibits interactive conversations (not a chatbot), which enhances our security.
