Connecting an RSS feed is the fastest way to automate your content discovery. Once connected, True Anthem will monitor your website for new articles and automatically pull them into your dashboard for scheduling.
This is currently not available for Professional Tier accounts.
⚠️ BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
Ensure your feed meets our Web Feed Specifications (Standard RSS 2.0 or Atom 1.0) and is hosted on a secure HTTPS URL.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Access Settings: From the left-hand navigation menu, click on the Settings gear icon.
Go to Configuration: In the top horizontal sub-menu, select the Configuration tab.
- Locate the RSS Feed Section: Scroll down the page until you see the RSS Feed module.
Add a New Feed: Click the "Add another RSS feed" button at the bottom of the module to open a new entry field.
- Enter Feed Details:
- Feed Name: Give your feed a recognizable name (e.g., "Main News Feed" or "Sports Section").
- URL: Paste the full XML/RSS URL of your feed.
- Save Changes: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green Save button.
Verifying Your Feed
Once you click save, our system will attempt to validate the link. Look for the Status/Preview indicator on the right side of your feed entry:
Preview Shows Content: Your feed is valid and content ingestion will begin shortly.
- Red "Failed": There may be a syntax error in the XML or a connection issue with your server. Double-check the URL and ensure it is publicly accessible.
💡 TIP: Multiple Feeds
You can add multiple feeds to a single campaign. This is useful if your website has separate feeds for different sections like "Local News," "Politics," and "Lifestyle."
