To allow True Anthem to automatically apply monetization and claiming policies to your YouTube videos, you must authorize our service account within your YouTube Content Manager. This process ensures your content is protected and revenue is captured efficiently.
⚠️ CRITICAL REQUIREMENT
These steps must be completed from your YouTube Content Owner account. Permissions granted from a standard YouTube Brand account will not allow our system to function correctly.
Step 1: Invite the True Anthem Service Account
First, you will need to add our dedicated service account as a user in your dashboard:
- Navigate to your YouTube Content Owner Dashboard at studio.youtube.com.
- Invite the following email address as a new user:
youtube-content-id@true-anthem-youtube-2.iam.gserviceaccount.com
Step 2: Grant Permissions & Configure Settings
When setting up the new user, ensure the following specific permissions and configuration settings are applied to allow for automated policy management.

- Content ID Manual Claiming
- Content ID Rights Management
- Video Manager
