Authorize a Facebook Page in the True Anthem Dashboard

Need to connect and authorize your Facebook Page(s) in True Anthem? Follow the steps below to connect your Facebook Page(s) in the True Anthem Dashboard.

1. Log into the True Anthem Dashboard
2. Select your Campaign from the dropdown at the top left of the Dashboard.
3. Click the Settings icon on the left side of the Dashboard, select "Social Networks," and click the "Add" button in the row containing the Facebook Page icon.
   If the Page is already connected but deauthorized, hover over the ellipses and select “Reauthorize.”
4. On Facebook (you must be an Admin of the Facebook Page), follow the prompts to grant True Anthem access and permissions.
   Important: See the Permissions section below.
5. Back in True Anthem, you should see a message reading “Account successfully connected!” Then click the green Continue button.
6. Associate the Facebook Page(s) with your Campaign(s) in the True Anthem Dashboard and click “Finish Setup.”

Allow Permissions Required for True Anthem Integration

Select “Edit Settings” when prompted.

In the next window, you’ll see a list of all Facebook accounts you have permission to authorize. Please ensure all are selected before clicking “Next.”

You’ll then review and confirm the necessary permissions. Make sure all required permissions are enabled.

Lastly, assign the Facebook account for each publication to the corresponding True Anthem account.
