Schedules in True Anthem are integral to automating the distribution of your social media posts from a variety of Post Jobs. Each Post Job, whether AI-Driven, Manual Robot, or RSS-Driven, is configured with repeatable time slots. These are set for specific days and times, creating a reliable routine. AI-Driven and Manual Robot Post Jobs are assigned Schedules with precise timing, ensuring consistency. In contrast, RSS-Driven Post Jobs can ping an RSS feed at specific intervals or times, offering continuous posting options.
Where to Find Your Social Post Schedules in the Dashboard
The True Anthem Dashboard's Schedule section presents a clear visual representation of all weekly posting schedules for a social network account. The calendar view showcases the structured layout of Post Jobs and their assigned time slots. While RSS-Driven Post Job Schedules are not displayed in this view, any changes to the schedule, like new user-scheduled posts or rescheduled AI-Driven posts, are immediately updated and visible in this section. This feature provides a comprehensive overview of your entire posting strategy in one glance.
Note on User Modifications to Schedules
Currently, schedules cannot be created or modified by users in the Dashboard, but this functionality is currently in development. For now, schedule changes can be requested via the Support icon in the Dashboard or by emailing support@trueanthem.com, but stay tuned for exciting updates as new features giving you even more flexibility and control over your Schedules become available in the True Anthem Dashboard.
