Understanding and Navigating Your Queue in True Anthem

In the fast-paced world of social media, efficiency is key. The Post Queue in the True Anthem Dashboard is designed to help you streamline content distribution, making social media management easier and more effective. This guide will walk you through understanding and utilizing Post Queues to maximize your content strategy.

Understanding Your Queue Behavior

Post Queues visually represent the content recommended by your configured Post Jobs based on the time slots in your Schedules. The recommended content is determined by:

  • Selection Criteria – Time-based rules that influence content eligibility.
  • Content Rules – Metadata-based parameters that shape the content mix and posting frequency.

If you encounter unexpected Queue behavior, these settings are often the key to identifying the issue.

How The Post Queue Work

The Queue section of the Dashboard provides a structured view of your upcoming scheduled content, categorized by your connected social network accounts. This ensures you always know “What’s next?”

Navigating the Post Queue

  • Switch between different social network accounts by clicking the corresponding social platform icon at the top-right of the Queue.
  • The True Anthem Post Editor sits next to the Queue, allowing you to quickly edit upcoming posts.
  • The Content Discovery Panel helps you manually schedule posts using content from your website or past social posts.

How Your Actions Influence the Queue

Your interactions in the Dashboard can adjust the Post Queue dynamically:

  • Blocking content – Prevents specific posts from being scheduled.
  • Locking content – Ensures selected posts remain in a specific time slot.
  • Manually scheduling posts – Overrides AI-driven scheduling.
  • Deleting or rescheduling time slots – Adjusts remaining content dynamically based on editorial rules and performance data.

Your True Anthem Content Mix

Post Jobs populate time slots in the Post Queue using AI-driven predictive algorithms. These algorithms analyze historical and real-time performance data to rank and select the most relevant content for each slot.
