What Are Campaign Groups?
If you manage multiple campaigns for different brands or markets in True Anthem, Campaign Groups are an essential feature to save time and gain deeper insights into your social media performance. This guide will walk you through creating, managing, and using Campaign Groups for efficient cross-posting and insightful reporting.
Benefits of Campaign Groups
- Simplify Cross-Posting: Schedule and publish content across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Enhance Reporting: Gain a holistic view of performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize content strategies across brands and platforms.
Note: Only Administrators of an account can create and manage Campaign groups.
If you’re not an administrator but need to add a new user, reach out to a listed Administrator on your account for assistance.
How to Create a Campaign Group
- Click the Settings icon in the left navigation bar.
- Select Campaign Groups from the top menu.
- Click Add New Campaign Group in the top right corner.
- Enter a clear, descriptive name (e.g., "Sports Brands" or "Seasonal Promotions").'
How to Assign Campaigns to a Campaign Group
- Click Assign Campaigns for your new group.
- Use the Search bar or browse the list to find campaigns.
- Select the checkboxes next to the campaigns you want to include.
- Click Save to finalize your Campaign Group.
Cross-Posting to a Campaign Group
- Open the Post Editor and add your content (URL, image, or video).
- Click the Select Networks dropdown at the top of the editor.
- Choose Campaigns by Group (A to Z) from the sorting options.
- To post across all accounts in a group:
- Click the social network logo in the top row of the group.
- Or, manually select specific accounts within the group.
Analyzing Performance with Campaign Groups
True Anthem provides insights into grouped campaigns through the Targeted Timeframe Report (TTR) and Rolling Comparison Reports (RCR).
Filtering by Campaign Group

Using Campaign Groups in Targeted Timeframe Report (TTR):
- Click the down arrow next to the Social Network filter.
- Select Sort by Social Pages by Campaign Group (A to Z).
- Choose the relevant Campaign Group and apply filters.
Using Campaign Groups in Rolling Comparison Reports (RCR):
- Click the down arrow next to Social Page Name.
- Select Sort by Social Pages by Campaign Group (A to Z).
- Choose the relevant Campaign Group and apply filters.
