Managing AI-powered social content recommendations has never been easier. Within the True Anthem Dashboard, Campaign Administrators can take full control of their content strategy through powerful self-service tools. Whether you’re setting up AI-driven automation or fine-tuning RSS-based workflows, this guide walks you through everything you need to create, manage, and optimize your Post Jobs for success.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Only Self-Service users can edit these features. If you are interested in enabling Automation Rule & Schedule Management, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Creating, Editing, and Lifecycle Management
Post Jobs are the foundation of your content distribution strategy. You can create both AI-Driven and RSS-Driven Post Jobs directly within the Content Rules tab of the Schedule section.
To Add New Post Job follow these steps:
- Go to the Schedule section through the left menu
- Click Add New Post Job in the top-left of the Content Rules tab
- Select the type of post job you want to create
- AI-Driven (Smart Content Selection): The default type that post job that allows full editorial rules to be set.
- RSS-Driven: A post job that will skip the routine and immediately post content that becomes present in the RSS feed. This is mostly used for breaking news.
- Select the Content Types you would like to activate for this new post job
- Input a Name for your new post job
- Save your new post job
Once created, you can:
- Edit Post Job Settings and Content Types at any time.
- Archive Post Jobs to temporarily disable them (Archived Post Jobs are available for up to one year).
- Delete Post Jobs permanently if no longer needed.
Post Job Settings and Configuration
Access your Post Job Settings via the Settings drop-down in the top right corner of a Post Job. Here is what you can configure:
General Settings (Delay, Sites, RSS)
- Delay Minutes: Control the spacing between the distribution of automated and scheduled post slots.
- Sites: Preview which host site(s) the Post Job will source content recommendations from.
- RSS Feed URL: (For RSS Post Jobs only) View and test the connected RSS Feed URL.
Content Type Selection & Management
Tailor your content distribution by selecting and managing Content Types:
- Click Manage Content Types or Add New Content Type at the bottom of the Post Job.
- (Manage Content Types): Add existing Content Types within the pop-up window.
- (Add New Content Type): Will add a new blank default Content Type to the current post job, ready to be edited.
- Delete unneeded types: Simply hover over the ellipses in the far right margin of the Content Type and select Delete Content Type.
💡 TIP: These settings ensure your Post Jobs align perfectly with your timing and source content preferences, allowing you to fine-tune the kinds of stories that enter your automated workflows.
Preview Eligible Content Recommendations
Want to see what your Post Job is set to distribute? Click the button in the upper-right corner of an AI-Driven Post Job to generate a real-time display of eligible posts.
The preview will show:
- A list of content matched to your current rules and selections.
- Previews ranked by your Content Mix Preference and Predictive Algorithmic Ranking.
Version History: Your Safety Net
Mistakes happen. That’s why we track Version History for every change you make.
Steps to restore a previous version:
- Access the Version History log in the top right corner of the screen.
- Review timestamps of saved changes to Post Jobs, Content Types, and Rules.
- Restore any version to roll back your configuration with just a few clicks.
With the ability to create, customize, preview, and restore Post Jobs, you have full control over how your content gets distributed across your social channels.
