Media Library: Manage Your Photo and Video Assets in True Anthem

In today’s social landscape, high-impact visual content is the engine behind on-platform engagement and healthy referral traffic. However, for most publishers, managing a high volume of photos and videos across multiple networks is a complex balancing act and a major operational pain point. The Media Library is designed to solve this challenge by providing a centralized hub where your team can upload, organize, and analyze assets to streamline workflows and maximize every post's impact.

Why Use the Media Library?

The Media Library goes beyond simple storage; it’s an integrated asset management system that links your creative content directly to its performance data.

  1. Centralized Media Asset Hub: Your brand will have its own Media Library in the True Anthem Dashboard where you can upload, organize, and access all of your photos and videos in one place, all within a single, centralized media library hub.
  2. Track how your Media Assets are performing: We’ve built an asset management system where all photo and video media assets, including post level performance associated with each asset, are being tracked in the system.

Pro Tip: The Media Library use case we find particularly compelling is the ability to find Media Assets that have performed well in the past and recirculate them on the same network or across other social networks.

  3. Find the media assets you need in a flash: You’ll be able to search for media based on media type, media dimensions, by top performing metrics (including first comment or aggregated link clicks), whether a media asset has been posted to a social network, by Smart Tags, Team Tags, or Keywords.
  4. Sharing Media Assets Across Campaigns: Media Assets can be shared across campaigns as long as the user attempting the sharing has access to the destination campaign. See screenshot here of how to save a media asset to another campaign.
  5. Version History and A/B testing: Schedule assets with a few clicks and use version history to easily A/B test and compare performance of different post variations.

Getting Started

You can find the Media Library section under the Content Discovery tab in your True Anthem Dashboard.

We value your feedback: If you run into any issues or have a feature request, please flag it for your Customer Success Manager. We will escalate your feedback directly to our engineering team to ensure the Media Library continues to meet your team's needs.
