Photo Editor: How to Share Templates Between Campaigns

Sharing photo templates between campaigns allows Administrators to create a unified base design—such as a national or group brand layout—and instantly distribute it across multiple True Anthem campaigns. Individual campaigns can then customize shared templates with their market-specific branding (such as logos etc) while maintaining overarching brand compliance across every page.

To share a template between campaigns, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Photo Editor and click on the three dots in the center “Templates” section to access the Share to Campaign button.

  2. Select the template(s) you’d like to share to other campaigns and click the green Share in the upper right of the “Templates” section.

  3. Select the campaign(s) in your account where you want the template to be available and click Apply.

How to Find Your Shared Templates

When an admin shares a template with another campaign, it automatically appears inside the Photo Editor template selection screen at the center under the “Shared Templates” category.

Every template in your library belongs to one of three categories. Distinct icons help you tell them apart at a glance. Hovering over each of the icons on the template itself will tell you exactly what type of template it is from these three options:

  • My Templates - Templates created or customized directly within your specific campaign.

  • Shared Templates - Templates shared across campaigns only by users with the Administrator role in your True Anthem account. Hovering over the icon confirms it is a shared template. Users in receiving campaigns can use shared templates as-is or make adjustments and save modified copies as a new “My Templates.”

  • Preset Templates - Pre-built starter templates created by the True Anthem team available to all accounts. These come ready with best practices like Dynamic Text Mapping and Auto Font size.
